Today was very stressful, not just because of an issue I was having with Long Beach Steel Corp. I called the office with my complaint and was received by a young lady named Kelly. She had no clue who I was what my issue was or even better what else I was going through but within seconds she had me calm and forgetting how miserable I thought I was. I have a company of my own; if I wasn’t honorable, I would’ve tried to steal her. She truly is a gem and I just hope that the company realizes what they have in her. She’s the first line of defense and a true all-star. Before her, I had faith in the company because they’ve always been on point. Now knowing Kelly is on the team my trust factor has gone through the roof. Thank you again, Kelly. You’re a special commodity. Keep up the GREAT work!
